This website does not create platform accounts or use advertising tags. The creator interest form is not open and does not collect or send applications in this version. Optional Google Analytics is off until you choose Allow in the analytics preferences.

Opening an email link launches your email application. The creator interest form, when enabled, is a separate way to contact ELDI Capital Oy. We do not write form contents to browser storage or include them in analytics events. Social preview choices are not stored for a later visit.

If you allow analytics, Google may use cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to measure aggregate visits and page use. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled. You can change or withdraw your choice through Analytics settings; withdrawal stops future tracking and makes a best-effort deletion of the site’s GA cookies, but does not erase data already received by Google or third-party cookies. Your consent choice is stored in local storage for 180 days.

The GA4 event retention setting is configured for 2 months, with reset on activity disabled. Standard aggregate reports are not covered by that event-retention setting and may differ from individual expectations. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

The hosting provider is Zoner. To deliver and protect the website, the hosting service may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error or security events. The operational purpose is providing a reliable and secure website.

Technical logs are handled under the hosting service’s configuration and applicable processing terms. For information about the logs, their retention and processing locations, contact toimisto@eldicapital.fi. The enquiry-retention rule below does not apply to hosting logs.

We use the details you provide to reply and discuss your request. Depending on the situation, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or the legitimate interest of responding to business correspondence. Please send only details relevant to your enquiry.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 12 months after the last substantive exchange. ELDI Capital Oy is responsible for deletion. Information needed for a contract, legal obligation or legal claim is handled separately and is excluded from this enquiry-only deletion rule.

When enabled, the creator form asks for your first name, last name, email and public social profile links. Phone number, country or region and a short message are optional. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive personal information.

When the live form is enabled, details are sent to a designated creator-enquiries mailbox handled by ELDI Capital Oy to reply and discuss your interest. Public profile URLs are treated as links; the form does not fetch profiles or copy their content. The form itself does not create an account or a public creator profile.

Creator enquiries that do not lead to a contract follow the enquiry-retention rule above: deletion no later than 12 months after the last substantive exchange. Technical protections against spam and duplicate requests use separate, limited request records rather than storing the contents of your enquiry on the website.

Launch notifications are not currently open. You can still introduce yourself through the creator enquiry form when it is available. A local preview does not send an enquiry or create a subscription.

TikTok, Instagram and Facebook previews are blocked until you activate them for that visit. Activation establishes a connection to the selected platform, which may receive your IP address, browser and page information and may read or set its own cookies. The platform’s own privacy notice describes its processing and possible international transfers.

Choose “Turn off previews” to reload this page with previews blocked again. Reloading does not erase third-party cookies or data already received by a platform; those are managed through the platform and your browser settings.

No promise is made that embedded content will always be available or display every post. Direct profile links remain available.

Depending on the processing and its legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
